Happy Friday! I apologize for being absent this week; for some reason I’ve been busier than usual. Unfortunately I can’t tell you why, and probably won’t be able to for a little bit longer. But hang in there- I promise my surprise will be worth the wait! Speaking of being busy, I have completely forgotten to mention that I’m taking Holly Becker of decor8′s Blogging Your Way Boot Camp class, and it’s fabulous! You may have noticed that some of my posts have been a little bit different than usual, but Boot Camp has been intense, and I’m trying to keep up and push myself creatively.
We have different ‘homework’ assignments to practice what we learn and push ourselves. I thought I’d give you a small sneak peak at my latest homework assignment: a moodboard that shows the way I see my blog, the way I want it to look, and my personal style. This is such a fantastic idea. A friend of mine sent me your url. It’s such a fantastic way to engage readers offline and get physical mail which everyone loves. I may really need to do this after my blog is up and running a bit more.
